EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
An Item is considered to be worthy of an exchange/refund provided:
The item is in perfect condition and in the case of wigs, the excess lace has not been trimmed off or the packaging discarded/damaged;
Exchange/return requests are accepted within 24 – 72hours after it has been delivered to you;
If for any reason, we delivered the exact item you ordered but you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, you will be responsible for the delivery cost of the exchange/return;
Refund (If applicable);
All refund requests are processed after we have received the returned item;
Once your return item has been inspected, we will contact you to request for your account details for the refund (minus the delivery fee).

Q: What types of wigs do you sell?
A: We sell Premium Synthetic Wigs, Human Hair Blend Wigs (To be sure, check the product description provided for each item on our website or Instagram page @thehaircaterers)
Q: What is premium fibre hair?
A: It is hair made from a blend of high-tech synthetic fibers designed to mimic the look & feel of human hair, known for the premium quality of its fibers, it is soft & resilient.
Q: Are the wigs heat safe?
A: Yes they are, the wigs may be straightened or curled with a wand depending on the pattern of the hair.
Q: Are the wigs exactly the same as the pictures/or videos displayed?
A: Definitely, we do not sell look alikes, we sell the exact wigs as shown either on our social media pages or website.
Q: How long will the hair last?
A: Maintenance is key! The wigs can last a long time depending on the products used and how well they are treated. Treat the hair like your own hair and a simple maintenance regiment will elongate their lifespan. We highly recommend you purchase our in-house formular for maintenance called the – “Magic Hair Detangler” it is simply MAGIC!
Q: How do I maintain the wigs?
A: We advise the use of our “Magic Hair Detangler” and Leave in Conditioner for the maintenance of synthetic and human hair blend wigs.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply select the item(s) you want to purchase, add them to your cart and checkout.
Q: Do you accept payment on delivery?
A: We only accept “payment before shipment”.
Q: Do you deliver on weekends?
A: We deliver from Monday – Saturday.
Q: Do you have a CUT OFF time for Next Day Dispatch?
A: Absolutely! Our cut off time for orders placed on Instagram and Whatsapp is 4PM for next day dispatch. While the cut off time for website orders is 8AM and it will be dispatched that same day (Mondays to Fridays only!)
If you want your order delivered on a Saturday (LAGOS STATE) – You must place that order before 4PM on Friday.
Q: Do you have a pick up location?
A: Yes, we now provide the option for our customers to place their orders online and pick up from us at Omole Phase 2, Lagos Nigeria. Kindly note it is NOT a walk in store, so your order must be placed and paid for online before you come to pick up or send your rider.
We advise you wait for payment to be confirmed before you send your rider or visit yourself to avoid any delays for example, instances of bank network issues.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES are now available!

Q: How do I order wholesale?
A: We currently do not accept wholesale orders.
